It's no surprise that we all love to enrich our time at the beach with as much ocean views as possible. Which is why a beach bonfire is the perfect ending to any night on the Emerald Coast and a must-do activity. Delicious food, and tasty beverages is an integral part of any experience that is why we have curated a series of menus and meals that will enrich your time on our crystal white sands.

An important thing to note:

 

When booking your beach bonfire catering you will need to have your date and time secured. When planning your catering, you also need to note that if you have a standard bonfire permit that often times does not allow our team members access to setup on the beach, only a delivery. In order for our team to setup your food, you must also have an event permit along side your bonfire permit for our company to setup your food on the beach.

For our annual family vacation we have used Blue Magnolia to cater our beach bonfire and it's the highlight of our trip. The food is always presented beautifully and it tastes as good as it looks! I highly recommend this wonderful company!

FREQUENTLY ASKED Beach DINING QUESTIONS:

How far in advance should I book my beach catering?

Our spring and summer months tend to get booked quickly.  That is not to say we cannot handle last minute bookings. Our rule of thumb, if you know what you would like for your evening on the beach, go ahead and secure your date and time. 

Courteousness and respectfulness

Please be advised that we reserve the right to terminate services in the event that our team members are subject to uncourteous or unprofessional treatment. In such event, no portion of your order will be refunded. We ask that you allow our team to perform our duties without any interruptions or micromanaging. Please treat our Chef, and staff with the utmost respect as they are professionals, and know exactly what needs to be done to make your night deliciously beautiful.

What if it rains and my bonfire gets postponed? 

Can I modify my order after I booked?

What about gratuity? 

Regardless of weather, your catering order will still be delivered to you. If your beach bonfire gets rained out you will still receive your catering order, and we will contact you for an updated delivery address to your rental home. If you wish to move your order, you can also do so based on our availability. Again, if we are not able to accommodate your next date, you will still receive your order for the day you originally scheduled. 

Can I create a custom menu?

Yes, absolutely. You can create a menu unique to your theme or that is unique to you. All created menus will need to be approved by our chef before it is priced. 

Absolutely! Adding to your order is much easier than removing items from your order. You can always add to your order up to 24-hours prior to your scheduled delivery or event date. For parties larger than 30 guests, we ask that any changes that need to be made is done 72-hours prior to your scheduled delivery or event date. 

Yes, a 20% gratuity is added to all orders greater $650.00 before tax and delivery.

Are you open on holidays? 

We are closed on major holidays. But if you need us to make an order and deliver on a closed holiday (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Easter Sunday) we would be happy to do so, there is a 25% surcharge applied to all orders.

Is glass permitted on the beach?

No! You cannot have any glass on the beach. All orders will be modified to plastic container and jars in order for us to remain compliant. Note that if you do have glass on the beach, there is a change that you will be fined.
