Step 1. Reserve Your Day & Time
Our chef will commit to the day and time of your dinner party as soon as you reserve it. Be sure to reserve your day and time early to guarantee availability and allow for menu design.


Step 2. Choose Your Menu or Create Your Own
Every event begins with a custom menu. We can match your event’s theme, occasion, or personal preferences to delight and satisfy your guests, or you can leave the selections completely up to us.

STEP 3. SOURCE THE FOOD 

The closer the source, the better the food. We believe in using the finest ingredients available and sourcing them from local farms and markets whenever possible.

STEP 4. PREPARE FROM SCRATCH

Initial meal preparation begins off-site at Blue Magnolia’s kitchen. This frees up your home and space and allows our chefs to work with professional-grade culinary tools.

Step Five & Six

STEP 5. COOK & SERVE

Dinner is cooked, plated, and served from your kitchen to your table. We can announce and describe dinner to your guests, subtly serve the dishes, or quietly exit after the meal is prepared.

 
STEP 6. LEAVE IT PERFECT AS IF WE WERE NEVER THERE 

It is our goal to leave your kitchen more beautiful than we found it. We will clean the kitchen and dining areas so you can fully relax and enjoy the company of your guests.

This is our second year we use Blue Magnolia for our family's in-home dining experience. The food is delicious, the presentation is beautiful, and we love the family-style setting they create for their sizzling fajita bar. They catered to my husband's dietary needs, and they incorporate our children into the dining process so they have something fun to do.

What if you could host an event without the hassle of spending weeks preparing? What if you had someone to design your tablescape, set it all up, and make sure everything looked just right?

 

30A Tablescape Co. creates an atmosphere of ease for you and your guests. 30A Tablescape offers carefully curated Tablescape rentals for every event. You provide the food and friends, and we provide the flair. From a casual dinner party to an elegant soireé and everything in between, we will set up in advance and return afterward to pack and clean up! All you have to do is sit back and enjoy!

She’s available for sessions and adventures around Florida’s Emerald Coast and Panhandle. Jen is a traveler by heart who is always up for traveling to make your wedding destination. Jen’s goal is to ease your worries about not feeling comfortable in front of a camera or that your littles aren’t going to cooperate! Her sessions are for those who want the real & raw moments we all experience to be captured into beautiful and timeless memories. Rather than the classic “say cheese” poses, she will make your moments happen by you being you – dancing, playing & most importantly having fun! She loves being the “fly on the wall” for your special moments.

FREQUENTLY ASKED IN-HOME DINING QUESTIONS:

When you book your in-home dining experience we will set up an arrival time. From when we arrive at our first course please be aware that it may take 30-minutes. We will mention what each menu item of the night is and the process of each course.

How long does our in-home dining last?

Depending on the chosen menu and group size, our in-home dining can last anywhere from two hours to four hours. Please be aware that we are cooking your meal at your home and/or rental home and bringing the restaurant experience to you. Our in-home dining experience does take time to set up, cook, and clean.

What do I need to do prior to our arrival?

We ask that all dishwashers, sinks, kitchen counters and trash cans be clean and empty so that our team can utilize all of the kitchen space.

 

We will pre rinse and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Before we leave we will mention to you that all dishes have been placed in the dishwasher and that it is ready to run. 

​

If our team has to spend time cleaning, or putting dishes away from the dishwasher you will be charged $175.oo 

What if I need to cancel my in-home dining experience?

We ask that when you schedule your in-home dining with us you know your party size and the date you’d like for your in-home dining experience. We do not offer a refund for in-home dining, but we would be more than happy to reschedule your day and time with no additional fee.

Where can I host an in-home?

The beauty of Blue Magnolia is that the location is up to you! Many of our in-home dinners can be held inside the home (e.g. dining room, kitchen table), backyard, patio, or on the beach.

Please be aware that if you would like to have your dinner on the beach you will need to purchase an event permit, and provide a table with chairs. 

What happens if one of my guests get make it?

We ask that before you schedule your in-home dining experience you secure your guest count. We know that life happens and things change. We do not offer a refund if someone in your party cancels or does not show up.

Can I create a custom menu?

Yes, absolutely. You can create a menu unique to your theme or that is unique to you. All created menus will need to be approved by our chef before it is priced. 

Are you open on holidays? 

We are closed on major holidays. But if you need us to make an order and deliver on a closed holiday (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Easter Sunday) we would be happy to do so, there is a 25% surcharge applied to all orders.

What about gratuity? 

Yes, a 20% gratuity is added to your grand total. 

Can I modify my dining details after booking (large groups or retreats) ?

Please be advised that we reserve the right to terminate services in the event that our team members are subject to uncourteous or unprofessional treatment. In such event, no portion of your order will be refunded. We ask that you allow our team to perform our duties without any interruptions or micromanaging. Please treat our Chef, and staff with the utmost respect as they are professionals, and know exactly what needs to be done to make your night deliciously beautiful.

Courteousness and respectfulness

Of course! Details do not need to be finalized until you pay in full. Seven days before the event we will ask for a finalized ROS (run of show) timeline so that our team can plan accordingly. For any modifications within seven days of an event, please contact us directly.

Can I contact my chef or team?

Absolutely! We love communicating with our customers, we prefer that if you have any questions pick up the phone and give us a call. Please note that emails may take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours
