Blue Magnolia provides a top-tier, luxurious catering experience that’s tailored to your event and needs while keeping your guests in mind.

 

Our catering is perfect for larger events. Whether you want a styled grazing table for cocktail hour at your wedding or an in-home spread for your next holiday party, we can customize a design to fit your needs. 

Grazing tables can be set up in flat-lay style or elevated and includes your food, florals, serving ware, and other decorative accents. Pricing starts at $875.00. The final price is dependent on headcount, menu, display, and if you wish for us to clean up afterward.

Step 1. Reserve Your Day & Time
Once you have the day and time picked the fun part begins of planning your catering. 


Step 2. Set your guest count
Every event begins with a custom menu. We can match your event’s theme, occasion, or personal preferences to delight and satisfy your guests, or you can leave the selections completely up to us.

STEP 3. Create your menu

STEP 4. Personalize your graze

A custom graze can be anything from choosing your theme's color, the table style, and catering itself. Step four is all about making it unique to your style.

STEP 5. process your order

Once we have all the steps completed we will send you an invoice for your catering total. Your catering is not booked until your payment has been processed. 

 
STEP 6. The day has come to enjoy

24 hours before your event day you will receive a courtesy reminder text of our arrival time. On the day of,  just leave it to us to make everything deliciously beautiful for you and your guests to enjoy!

We cannot thank Blue Magnolia and their team enough for the amazing food and absolutely beautiful setup we had for our special day. We had to move up our wedding because of the weather and Jorge and Nathalie did not hesitate to come earlier and have everything ready for our reception earlier than planned. When we came to their tasting space in November everything was so beautiful and delicious that we just could not wait to enjoy the menu we selected. Absolutely! We can tailor a custom menu to fit your event theme or style. From a casual-style grazing table to a formal sit-down dinner. 

Cancellation of any catering event will not receive their initial deposit. 

We would be more than happy to reschedule without any additional fees. 

How do a book a grazing table?

Once you have an idea of what you want you can either fill out the quote form or send us an email, or give us a call. Once we have gone over the details with you we will send over an official quote for you to look over. 

Once you have accepted the quote we will send over an invoice for you to make your deposit. With that, you will be fully booked with your event day and time! 24 hours prior to your event you will receive a courtesy reminder text. 

What is a multi-dimensional display

Our multi-dimensional display has different heights or table accessories. It comes with greenery and light flowers of your choice that matches your theme. Our multi-dimensional displays include a mix of white ceramic with wood pieces. 

 

*There is a rental fee associated with having a multi-dimensional display. 

What is a flat-lay display?

Our flat lay has no height or tablescape accessories. It comes with greenery and light flowers of your choice and includes bowls and is completely disposable and easy to clean up. Serving utensils and tongs are also included.

What is the earliest/latest time for a catering setup?

Anything earlier or later than the setup times listest above will need to be approved.

For flat-lay grazing tables, we typically require 1 to 2.5 hours of set-up time at the location/venue depending on the number of people being served. 

 

On a flat-lay display, we do not need anything back from the grazing table. If you wish for us to come back and clean up we would be more than happy to do so there will be an additional charge.  

Our multi-dimensional display requires cleanup and there is a fee associated.

The client is responsible for providing adequate space for us to create a catered spread. Popular spaces for a table graze or a catered spread is a kitchen island or dining table. If you wish to have your spread located in a courtyard or patio, you will need to provide a table(s).

 

For bridal events, your wedding planner can help with coordinating tables and linens from your rental company.  

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are a fully insured company. 

I have a question about my order, can someone else call on my behalf?

No. Our team members will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Please do not have someone who did not place the order or give payment call on your behalf.
